  • Generates SEO-optimized blog content every 3 days
  • Hosts blogs on subdomains or custom domains
  • Provides analytics and performance insights
  • Offers automated content moderation

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 16 years old
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Responsibilities:

  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Maintain accurate account information

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans:

  • Monthly billing cycles
  • Payment via credit/debit cards through Stripe
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

4.2 Payment Terms:

  • All fees are non-refundable for partially used periods
  • Refunds only for billing errors or service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

4.3 Cancellation:

  • Service continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused portions

5.2 Content Ownership:

  • Users retain full ownership of generated content
  • BlogDog retains no rights to user content
  • Users are responsible for all published content

5.3 Content Moderation:

  • Automated filters block illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content
  • Users remain responsible for ensuring content compliance
  • BlogDog reserves the right to remove violating content

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities:

  • Publishing illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
  • Violating intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to breach security measures
  • Using the service for spam or harassment

6.2 Content Standards:

  • Content must comply with applicable laws
  • No copyright infringement
  • No false or misleading information
  • Respect for others' rights and dignity

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Rights:

  • BlogDog retains all rights to the service platform
  • AI technology and algorithms remain proprietary
  • Users may not reverse engineer or copy the service

7.2 User Content:

  • Users grant BlogDog license to host and display content
  • Users represent they have rights to publish their content

8. Service Availability and Support

8.1 Service Level:

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice

8.2 Support:

  • Email support during business hours
  • Response time: within 24 hours
  • No phone support currently available

9. Data and Privacy

  • Compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws
  • Users may export or delete their data upon request
